Here are the floor plans for WFMU's House of Tomorrow in Jersey City:

WFMU's dream building is located one block from the Exchange Place PATH station. It's 25 feet wide by 100 feet long, and has a total of 10,000 square feet, with the ground floor rented to a podiatrist. WFMU will continue renting to the podiatrist for another five years. The upper four floors will house WFMU's studios, our record library and our offices. The building was renovated ten years ago, and has all the necessary systems a radio station would need - HVAC, an elevator, security and ample electric. We will need to add soundproofing, repair the floors of the building and build studios and record libraries. But overall, the building is in great shape, and the location (including 12 parking spots) is perfect for WFMU. As an added sonic bonus, the top floor has an anechoic dome, in which a person can stand and speak normally without emitting any sound. Maybe that's why they say "In Jersey City, no one can hear you scream..."
