Flique
Another step toward the still life: all keyframes are separated by a fraction of a frame, but the whole movement spans a little more
or less than a whole frame. Thus, flickering.

Flicker
The flickering shape here will look different at different motion blur/clock ratios. This
is a test for a series of "Still Lifes", animations which are static but break down into movement.

Water Worms
Back in the water again .. this time, shapes with really short key frames wiggle across the screen.
The idea behind this is that at different perceptual speeds, the vibrating shapes turn into a smooth,
pacific solid.

beating shape
One of the things about vapor paint is that it uses floating point time, so its keyframes can be situated at a "fraction" of a frame. This comes in handy when motion blurring, since that actually deals with fractions of a frame.

Tree Textures
I had this set of frames left over from Delicious Evening that were never used.. thought I'd wrap them around the screen.
Yes, some of the edge of the frame is in each gesture. This is using my own primative keying algorithm as well.

Read - Write
Word transformations are an important part of Vapor's history!
Read-Write
note: this is using the new H.264 compressor. You may need to get a new QuickTime to read it.

The Pencilly Look
here, Vapor is used for a faded pencilly look.

Landscape
I'm working with a long format to see if I can make some nice looking long prints.
